General 

The hands-free system allows the driver to communicate via the two-way radio (accessories) e.g. with a taxi center.

Hands-free 

By pressing the two-way radio cut-in switch, the two-way radio (accessories) is switched to transmission mode. The wireless connection is set up.

While speaking, the two-way radio actuation switch must remain pressed. The air-borne sound is recorded by the microphone which is located on the roof lining over the sun visor on the driver's side.

As soon as the two-way radio cut-in switch is released, voice output from the conversational partner can be issued through the taxi radio speaker.

With active two-way radio cut-in, the status LED in the two-way radio cut-in switch lights up. Active audio sources are muted.
