The higher-level service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Install roof paneling rear section (1), fit and fix in place with set of spacer blocks.

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and positions of set of spacer blocks.

2. Drill out rivet holes in roof paneling rear section (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (areas A).
3. Remove roof paneling rear section (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes in roof paneling rear section (1) and at body on both sides.
5. Remove drilling chips.

6. Apply anti-flutter adhesive to roof frame (areas B).

   Observe processing specification for relining adhesive.

7. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas (areas C).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

8. Install roof paneling rear section (1), fit and fix in place with set of spacer blocks.

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and positions of set of spacer blocks.

9. Rivet roof paneling rear section (1) with rivets Ø 6.5x12.5 (areas D).
10. Rivet roof paneling rear section (1) with rivets Ø 6.4x12 (area E).
11. Roof paneling rear section (1) (area F).
