Rear Roof Frame Installation - Ar65.20-P-1008-03ME

Model 167.1 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side of the vehicle.

The higher-level service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Install, fit and fix in place roof frame (1).
2. Drill rivet holes on the roof frame (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (area A).

3. Drill rivet holes on the roof frame (1) from below through the holes present in the body (area B).
4. Remove roof frame (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on the roof frame (1) and the body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.
7. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

8. Install and fix in place roof frame (1).
9. Rivet the roof frame (1) with rivet Ø 6.4x12 (area C).

10. Rivet the roof frame (1) with rivet Ø 6.5x12.5 (area D).
11. The roof frame (1) (area E).
