| 3 | Remove 115 V/230 V socket in rear stowage compartment. | Model 167.9 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code M036 (Maybach version) with code U67 (230 V socket in rear passenger compartment) Model 167.9 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code M036 (Maybach version) with code U80 (115 V socket) |

| 4 | Remove rear cover from center console. | AR68.20-P-2358MEM | |
| 5 | Unscrew screws (1) on left and right at rear center console (2). | ||
| 6 | Slightly pull rear center console (2) towards rear and unclip from front center console and move out (arrows). | ||
| 7 | Lift rear center console (2) in rear area and support with suitable means. | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors in rear area of rear center console (2). | ||
| 9 | Remove rear center console (2) from vehicle. | Carefully remove and insert rear center console (2). Otherwise, parts in vehicle interior and/or rear center console (2) can be damaged. |
