	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air cooler.	: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.	AR09.41-P-0105MFC
2	Remove bolts (2)	: Replace screw/bolts (2).
		Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head/cylinder head cover	*BA43.05-P-1001-01Q
3	Remove vacuum pump (1) upwards.	: Insert vacuum pump (1) carefully. Otherwise, the seal will slip and be damaged. : Check for correct positioning of vacuum pump driver (1). Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket.
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
4	Cover up opening on cylinder head using clean, lint-free rags.
5	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Perform engine test run; in this connection, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
7	Install upper engine cover.
