Remove Propeller Shaft Pilot Bushing - AR41.10-P-0250-02MSA

Model 257 

Measure 

  1. Measure dimension (a) and note down for installation.

    Remove 

  2. Pound pilot bushing (10) using flat chisel uniformly out of propeller shaft (arrow).

  3. 3 15 mm from the front edge of the pilot bushing (10), drill a hole (0 10 mm) at a right angle through the pilot bushing (10).

    If pilot bushing (10) is seized.

  4. Insert suitable drift through hole and pry pilot bushing (10) out of propeller shaft using two assembly levers.

    If pilot bushing (10) is seized.
