	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service Brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate Brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the Brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove brakepads.		AR42.10-P-1610FRB
2	Unscrew bolt (4) and remove brakepad wear sensor electrical connector (5).	When removing Brake caliper (1) on right side of vehicle.
		Bolt, Brake wear sensor to Brake caliper	*BA42.10-P-1002-10X
3	Remove Brake hose (3).	Model 213.061/261 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0013LW
		Model 238.361/461 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0026LWO
		Model 257.361 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0026FR
		Bleed Brake system only after installing brakepads.
4	Unscrew bolts (2)	Bolt, Brake caliper/ Brake caliper support to steering knuckle	*BA42.10-P-1001-10X
5	Remove Brake caliper (1).
	Check
6	Check Brake caliper (1) and dust boots of Brake pistons for leak tightness and damage.	In the event of a problem, ↓ Replace Brake caliper (1).
		The new Brake caliper (1) is shipped in prefilled condition and it may not be drained. Otherwise the Brake caliper (1) cannot be vented.

		Model 257.361 4-piston fixed-caliper brake In the event of a problem, ↓ Replace Brake disks.	AR42.10-P-0120FR

8	Install in the reverse order
9	Bleed Brake system.	Model 213.061/261, 238.361/461 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0010LWE
		Model 257.361 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0010FR
10	Operate Brake pedal several times until the brakepads contact the Brake disks.	Firm resistance should be noticeable at the Brake pedal.
	Check
11	Check and correct Brake fluid level in Brake fluid expansion reservoir.

12	Perform Brake test on test stand.
