| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 2 | Release trim (2) and remove with attached electric lines from working area | AR68.10-D-0001TS | |
| 3 | Remove bolts (3) | ||
| 4 | Remove cover (4) | ||
| 5 | Release start/stop button (1) at retaining tabs (5) and push in direction of arrow (arrow A) out of holder (6) and into instrument panel | wsm://04 201710 02 |

| 6 | Route start/stop button (1) through the opening in the instrument panel until the electrical connector (7) is accessible | ||
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connector (7) and remove start/stop button (1) | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 9 | Perform function test of start/stop button (1) |
