Mercedes-Benz Advanced Control (MBAC)
The MB Advanced Control control unit (N175) has 9 slots on its long side and 3 slots on its short side.
Long side slots
The following slots are located on the long side of the MBAC:
- 1 Bluetooth® plug connection
- 2 plug connections for high-speed video link (HSVL)
- 1 USB port
- 1 Ethernet connection
- 4 connections for vehicle plugs 1 to 4

The number of pins on each vehicle plug is given in the following table:

The short side of the MBAC has the following slots:

Ethernet plug
The Ethernet plugs each have 4 pins. The assignment and coding of each individual pin are given in the following table:

The upper part of the MBAC housing has an opening for operation of the DIP switch for the CAN termination (switch is seated on the printed circuit board). Located at the left of the opening is the switch position information in a recessed field (t = 0.5 mm) on the upper part of the MBAC housing.
