General
The MB Advanced Control control unit (N175) can read out the following vehicle statuses:
- Status central locking
- Status of doors
- Language setting
- Time
- Date
- Ignition status
- Vehicle speed
- Status of windows
Status central locking
The MBAC can read out the current status of the vehicle's central locking system (unlocked or locked). To do so, the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/15) must be connected to MBAC through the body manufacturer CAN (CAN ABH).
The MBAC enables the user to read out the current status of the vehicle's central locking system (unlocked or locked). To do so, the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Status of doors
The MBAC can read out the status of each vehicle door (open or closed). To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Language setting
The MBAC can read out the current language setting from the PSM. To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Time
The MBAC can read out the current time from the PSM. To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Date
The MBAC can read out the current date from the PSM. To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Ignition status
The MBAC can read out the status of the vehicle ignition (ON or OFF).
To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Vehicle speed
The MBAC can read out the current speed of the vehicle with a resolution of 1 km/h. To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
Status of windows
The MBAC can read out the current status of each vehicle window. To do so, the PSM must be connected to the MBAC over the body manufacturer CAN.
