General 

A basic function of the MB Advanced Control control unit (N175) is the status query.

The MBAC can read out the status of the following buttons and sensors:

Touch events 

The MBAC can read out touch events from the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/15). For this, the PSM control unit must be connected to the MBAC via the CAN for body manufacturers.

Status of pushbutton switch for roof ventilation flap 

The MBAC can read out the status (pressed or not pressed) of the pushbutton switch. For this, a pushbutton switch for opening the roof ventilation flap must be connected to the interface "DI_Roof ventilation flap_Pushbutton switch_open" and must be able to be actuated.

The MBAC can measure the period from recognition of the pushbutton switch's "pressed" state to recognition of the pushbutton switch's "not pressed" state with a certain degree of accuracy (in seconds). For this, a Bluetooth® pairing/reset pushbutton switch must be connected to the interface "DI_Pairing-Reset_Pushbutton switch" and must be able to be actuated.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

The MBAC can read out the analog value of each brightness sensor between 0 % and 100% with a resolution of 0.1 %. For this, a brightness sensor must be connected to the I/O interface of the MBAC and must be able to be actuated.

The MBAC can read out the status of each motion detector (Alarm ON or alarm OFF). For this, a motion detector must be connected to the I/O interface of the MBAC and must be able to be actuated.

The MBAC can read out the analog value of each air humidity sensor between 0 % and 100% with a resolution of 0.1 %. For this, an air humidity sensor must be connected to the I/O interface of the MBAC and must be able to be actuated.

The MBAC enables the user to read out the analog value for each air humidity sensor between 0 % and 100 % with a resolution of 0.1 %. For this, an air humidity sensor must be connected to the I/O interface of the MBAC and must be able to be actuated.

Status of door sensors 

The MBAC can read out the current status (open or closed) of each door. For this, a door sensor must be connected to the I/O interface of the MBAC and assigned to one door for each door.
