	Remove
1	Remove CA module card reader (91).
2	Remove left side trim from trunk.

3	Disconnect electrical connectors (46) from Advanced Sound System amplifier control unit (N40/7) or sound system amplifier control unit.	Model 217.4 with code 810 (Sound system), model 217.4 with code 811 (Advanced Sound System)
4	Expose strapped-down claret violet connector socket.	The claret violet connector socket was strapped down when converting to code 197 (Conversion to DVB-T2 with ext. card reader/HD-TV Korea).
	Install
5	Convert plug housing for antenna lines.		AZ82.60-P-0031-05LF
6	Convert plug housing on fiber-optic cable wiring harness.		AZ82.60-P-0001-06LF
7	Expand MOST ring.		AZ82.60-P-0001-05LF
8	Attach foil to DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-01LF
		Binder Duotec® Pilz in Pilz Klett - with adhesive 32	*BR00.45-Z-1084-02A
9	Remove holder for CA module card reader (91) from upper side trunk lining.	The expansion rivets are no longer required.
10	Install holder for DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-02LCA
11	Install antenna splitter for DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-06LCA

12	Install electrical wiring harness for DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-03LCA
13	Install antenna lines for DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-04LF
14	Install left side trim in trunk.

15	Install DAB tuner.		AZ82.60-P-0031-00LCA
16	Install CA module card reader (91).	Holder hooks must face outwards. Mount CA module card reader holder (91) onto holder for DAB tuner (90).
17	Install remaining parts.
	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
18	Enter special equipment into online vehicle data card.	Code 537 (Digital radio (DAB)).
19	Attach "TV tuner retrofitted as per AZ82.60-P-0031LCA" note under field organizations texts for DG 82.
20	Connect diagnostic system and select vehicle using vehicle identification number (VIN).

21	Perform variant coding using the software calibration number (SCN).	Head unit  Code head unit to match entered code 537 (Digital radio (DAB)). TV tuner
22	Disconnect diagnostic system.
