).
The clinch connections can also be separated with a riveter for self-piercing and flow-form rivets.
- Expose clinch connection on rear center section (1) and drill through with Ø 6 mm bit (areas A2
and A3
).
The clinch connections can also be separated with a riveter for self-piercing and flow-form rivets.
- Expose self-piercing riveting on bottom rear center section (1) and drill through with Ø 6 mm bit (areas B1
, B2
, B3
, B4
and B5
).
The self-piercing riveting can also be cut with a riveter for self-piercing and flow-form rivets (areas B2 , B3 and B4 ).

Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.
- Remove grinding dust and drill chips.
