The following operation steps 4 to 18 are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side.

1. Install rear floor (1) and fix in place.

   Helper required.

2. Place vehicle on straightening bench and fasten.
3. Fit rear-end floor (1) with straightening tool and fix in place.
4. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (areas A).

5. Install brace (8).
6. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (areas B₁ , B₂ and B₃ ).
7. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in strut (8) (areas C₁ , C₂ , C₃ , C₄ , C₅ and C₆ ).

8. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (areas B₄ ).
9. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in strut (8) (areas C₇ , C₈ and C₉ ).
10. Remove strut (8)

13. Install mounting console (5), fit and fix in place.
14. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (area F₁ ).
15. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in mounting console (5) (area F₂ ).

16. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (area F₃ ).
17. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in mounting console (5) (areas F₄ and F₅ ).
18. Remove mounting console (5).
19. Release vehicle from straightening bench, lift and remove straightening bench.
20. Remove rear-end floor (1) downward toward rear.

    Helper required.

21. Debrurr rivet holes on rear-end floor (1) and on body on both sides.
22. Remove drilling chips.

    To maintain the curing and processing time specified in the instructions for the 2-component adhesive, it is necessary for at least 3 experienced workers to cooperate in performing the following work steps, while dividing up the work steps appropriately and performing them as concurrently as possible. In some cases it is necessary to have and use several sets of the required tools. Mark rivet holes and rivets in color to match one another.

23. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.

    Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for curing and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

    The following operation steps 30 to 47 are shown on the left side of vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side.

27. Install rear floor (1) and fix in place.

    Slightly press body apart using spreader when moving in rear-end-floor (1).

    Ensure that the adhesive is not scraped off during application.

28. Place vehicle on straightening bench and fasten.
29. Align rear-end floor (1) with straightening tool and fix in place.
30. Screw rear-end floor (1) with bolts (10).

31. Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas G₁ , G₂ ; G₃ and G₅ ).

    Use Ø 6.4x12 rivets on right side of vehicle (area G₃ )

32. Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivet (area G₄ ).
33. Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.4 rivets M6 (areas I₁ and I₂ ).
34. Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.4 rivets (area H).

35. Install strut (8) and fix in place.
36. Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas J₁ , J₂ and J₃ ).

    Use Ø 6.4x12 rivets on right side of vehicle (areas J₁ , J₂ and J₃ )

37. Rivet strut (8) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (area K).
38. Rivet strut (8) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas L₁ , L₂ , L₃ , L₄ and L₅ ).

54. Rear-end floor (1) (area R₅ ).
