Remove/Install Elastomer Bearing On Front Spring Link - AR33.15-P-0001-01S

Press out elastomer bearing (1)
Place sleeve (3) onto press.
- Place spring link (2) with chamfered side facing upwards onto
sleeve (3).
Place thrust piece (4) onto spring link (2)
- Pre-tension press and align spring link (2),
sleeve (3) and
thrust piece (4) with each other.
- Press out elastomer bearing (1).
Press in elastomer bearing (1)
Place sleeve (3) onto press.
- Place spring link (2) with chamfered side facing upwards onto
sleeve (3).
- Position new elastomer bearing (1) with crush ring (5) onto spring link (2).
Slot (arrow a) on elastomer bearing (1) must always face upwards.
Otherwise, it may cause damage or malfunction.
Install respective elastomer bearing (1) according to the figures (B, C).
Negative camber variation: -3 mm = -17' (B).
Positive camber variation: +3 mm = +17' (C).
Place thrust piece (4) onto new elastomer bearing (1).
- Pre-tension press and align spring link (2),
sleeve (3), new elastomer bearing (1) and
thrust piece (4) with each other.
- Press in new elastomer bearing (1) far enough until the
thrust piece (4) makes contact with the crush ring (5).
It must be possible to turn the crush ring (5).
- Release press and remove crush ring (5).
- Turn over spring link (2) and place onto
sleeve (3).
Place thrust piece (4) onto new elastomer bearing (1).
- Press new elastomer bearing (1) into center in spring link (2).
