Remove/Install Fuse And Relay Module In Rear - AR54.15-P-0001S

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove right trim in trunk.   AR68.30-P-4800SG
    Model 223
with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
 
    Model 223
except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)

2 Disconnect ground line of 12 V on-board electrical system battery.   AR54.10-P-0051S 
3 Remove screw (1).    
4 Unhook fuse and relay module (F152/2) at bottom from holder (6) (arrows) and place to one side.    
5 Remove cable ties (2). IMPORTANT The number of cable ties may vary depending on the equipment variant (2).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Install new cable ties (2).
 
6 Remove positive line (3) from fuse and relay module (F152/2).    
Notice  Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-P-0001-01KOA
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive terminal to rear fuse and relay module *BA54.15-P-1006-01J 
7 Release and remove fuse holders (4) from fuse and relay module (F152/2). IMPORTANT The number of fuse holders (4) may vary depending on the equipment variant.  
8 Release and disconnect electrical connectors (5) from fuse and relay module (F152/2). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors (5) may vary depending on the equipment variant.  
9 Remove fuse and relay module (F152/2).    
10 Remove fuses and relays from fuse and relay module (F152/2). When replacing fuse and relay module (F152/2).
INSTALLATION NOTES Ensure that all slots of fuse and relay module (F152/2) are correctly assigned.
Otherwise, components may be damaged or systems may malfunction.
IMPORTANT The number of fuses and relays may vary depending on the equipment variant.
 
11 Install in the reverse order.
