Remove/Install Steering Wheel - AR46.10-P-0100LF

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Turn steering wheel (1) to center position. IMPORTANT The front wheels must be in the straight-ahead position.  
2 Remove airbag unit from steering wheel (1).   AR91.60-P-0660LF
3 Counterhold steering wheel (1) and remove bolt (1s). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Reuse bolt (1s) and mark with a non-water-soluble pen (color dot).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, steering wheel to steering shaft
If the bolt (1s) already bears a marking (color dot)

Replace bolt (1s).

4 Remove steering wheel (1) until the electrical connector (2) is accessible.    
5 Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).    
6 Remove steering wheel (1). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Align recesses of the splines (arrows A) in steering wheel (1) with markings on the steering shaft.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Model 217.### 2#, 222.### 2# If there are double-line marks (arrows B) present on the steering shaft, match cutouts of spline (arrows A) with double-line marks (arrows B).
 
7 Install in the reverse order.
