Set picture to center position 

1. Press and hold "Back" button (2) for approx. 5 s.
2. Press finger navigation pad (3).
3. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Settings" menu item and confirm by pressing.
4. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Head-up display" menu item and confirm by pressing.
5. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Position" menu item and confirm by pressing.
6. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select "Stage 0" and confirm by pressing.

   Call up Workshop menu and Test image 1 

7. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Trip" menu item in the instrument cluster (A1).
8. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) in the "Trip" menu to select the standard "Total distance" display in the instrument cluster (A1).
9. Press and hold "Back" (2) button for 1.5 s and press on finger navigation pad (3).
10. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Head-up display" menu item and confirm by pressing.
11. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Test image" menu item and confirm by pressing.

    "Off (original picture)" is shown on the instrument cluster (A1).

12. Press finger navigation pad (3) to make changes.

    Test image 1 is shown on the windshield.

    Shown on model 222 from model year 2018 

13. Check and assess test image 1.

    Assessment should be performed by at least 2 persons. The setting is OK if test image 1 is displayed as shown.

    If test image 1 is shown correctly,

    ↓

    Press finger navigation pad (3), use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Off (original picture)" menu item and confirm by pressing. Press and hold "Back" button (2) for approx. 5 s.

    Exit the Workshop menu.

    If test image 1 is not shown correctly,

    ↓

    continue with operation step 14.

14. Press finger navigation pad (3), use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Test image 7" menu item and confirm by pressing.
15. Check and assess test image 7.

    Assessment should be performed by at least 2 persons.

    The setting is OK if test image 7 is displayed as shown.

    If test image 7 is shown correctly,

    ↓

    Press finger navigation pad (3), use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Off (original picture)" menu item and confirm by pressing. Press and hold "Back" button (2) for approx. 5 s.

    Exit the Workshop menu.

    If test image 7 is not shown correctly,

    ↓

    continue with operation step 16.

    If test image 7 was not shown correctly, the parameters in the workshop menu must be reset.

    Reset parameters in workshop menu 

16. Press "Back" button (2).
17. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Parameters" menu item and confirm by pressing.
18. Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Warp Configuration" menu item and confirm by pressing.

    Parameters are reset.

19. Call up and assess test image 1 and test image 7 again.

    If test image 1 and test image 7 are shown correctly,

    ↓

    Press finger navigation pad (3), use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select the "Off (original picture)" menu item and confirm by pressing. Press and hold "Back" button (2) for approx. 5 s.

    Exit the Workshop menu.

    If test image 1 or test image 7 are not shown correctly,

    ↓

    Adjust head-up display using diagnostic system.
