	Repair wiring harness
1	Expose and cut off the FlexRay line at the damaged spot.
2	Clean the jacket (1) at a length of approx. 100 mm measured from the cut edge.	The repair area must be free of dirt and dust.
3	Remove the jacket (1) of the damaged line to dimension (A).
4	Strip the electric lines (2, 3) to dimension (B).	Twist the cut insulation off the line. Make sure that the two electric lines (2, 3) have exactly the same length.
5	Repair the FlexRay line using an axial solder connector.		AR54.18-P-0102-01A
	Heat gun	For repairs in the interior, shorten the heat-shrinkable tube to 65 mm. For repairs in the exterior area, use the heat-shrinkable tube with a length of 130 mm. The described repair method in combination with axial solder connectors and a heat-shrinkable tube is exclusively released for wiring harness repair of Flexray lines.	WS54.00-P-0049B
