	Remove/install
1	Remove engine from front axle carrier.		AR01.10-P-2510MNL
2	Attach engine on assembly stand with boom crane.

3	Remove front axle differential with support.		AR33.30-P-0525LF
4	Remove oil pan bottom section.		AR01.45-P-7555MNK
5	Release and disconnect electrical connector (4) of crankshaft Hall sensor.		AR15.12-P-2136MNL
6	Release and disconnect electrical connector o engine oil fill level sensor.		AR18.40-P-5116MNL
7	Unclip holders (2) of engine wiring harness (5) from oil pan (1).
8	Place engine wiring harness (5) to one side.
9	Remove the alternator		AR15.40-P-5032MNL
10	Remove refrigerant compressor.		AR83.55-P-5310MNL
11	Remove guide pulley of poly-V-belt.		AR13.20-P-0004MNL
12	Remove rear radial shaft sealing ring.		AR03.20-P-3003MNL
13	Remove front radial shaft sealing ring (10).		AR03.20-P-3002MNL
14	Remove screws (35) of oil line (36).	:  Replace seal.
		Bolt, oil line to oil pan/crankcase/engine support	*BA01.45-P-1001-01Y
15	Remove screws (3), pry off oil pan (1) and remove from crankcase.		AR01.45-P-7500-04MNE
	Notes on sealant path for oil pan		AH01.45-P-0001-01MMA
	000 588 00 84 00 Heat gun	Do not drive in tools between crankcase and oil pan (1) for release purposes. Otherwise the sealing surfaces are damaged. If necessary, heat oil pan (1) in area around the sealing surfaces using a heat gun. : Apply sealant and observe notes on sealant path.  Install new seal (21).	WS54.00-P-0049B
		Bolt, oil pan top section to crankcase	*BA01.45-P-1005-01Y
		Sealant, Loctite 5970, 50 ml	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A

16	Check pilot bushing (50) for damage.	If pilot bushing (50) is damaged: ↓ Replace pilot bushing (50). :  Observe installation position (arrow).
17	Clean sealing surfaces at oil pan (1) and crankcase.		AR01.00-P-0050-01A
		Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
		Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A
18	Remove oil filter.
			AP18.00-P-0101MNL
19	Remove pilot bushing (50).	When installing a new oil pan (1). Pilot bushing (50) must be installed in oil pan (1). Otherwise, the radial shaft sealing ring on the front axle differential will be damaged. If pilot bushing (50) is not seated correctly in oil pan (1): ↓ Install pilot bushing (50) in oil pan (1) correctly :  Observe installation position (arrow).
20	Remove brackets (7).	When installing a new oil pan (1).
21	Remove screw plug (20).	When installing a new oil pan (1). :  Replace sealing ring.

22	Remove crankshaft Hall sensor.	When installing a new oil pan (1).	AR15.12-P-2136MNL
23	Remove engine oil fill level sensor.	When installing a new oil pan (1).	AR18.40-P-5116MNL
24	Install in the reverse order.
