Installing Rear Section Of Roof Paneling - Ar65.10-P-5760-03LC

1. Install roof paneling rear section (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place.

   When removing, observe specified positions of spacer blocks.

2. Drill holes in roof paneling rear section (1) with drill for Ø 6.7 mm high-strength steels (areas E and F).

   Drill rivet holes through spot welds predrilled during removal.

3. Remove spacer blocks and roof paneling rear section (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on roof paneling rear section (1) on both sides.
5. Remove drilling shavings with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

6. Install roof paneling rear section (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place.
7. Rivet roof paneling rear section (1) with blind rivets for Ø 6.4X 15.5 countersunk head rivet (areas B and D).
8. Roof paneling rear section (1) (areas A and C).
