Before applying adhesive bead (2), place windshield (1) on rubber window spacers and align in body opening.

1. Install cup suction tool on windshield (1).
2. Place windshield (1) down on windshield rubber spacers on body flange with aid of helper.
3. Align windshield (1) in body opening.

   Model 217

   Correctly install windshield (1) into seal (4) and center distance on A-pillar.

   Model 222

   Adjust distance (a) with feeler gauge and center distance on A-pillar.

   MODEL 222 

4. Glue adhesive strips to top edge of windshield.
5. Cut adhesive strips between top edge of windshield and roof edge.

   Do not remove adhesive strips.

6. Remove windshield from vehicle.
