Remove/Install Front Door Hinge - AR72.10-P-2660LC

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove right front door		AR72.10-P-0500LF
2	Remove door sill molding (3)
3	Remove edge guard (4) in area of side floor covering (5) from body flange
4	Fold footrest floor covering (6) toward rear
5	Remove cover (7)
6	Detach side floor covering (5) from A-pillar and fold over
7	Unclip instrument panel fuse box (F1/6) from A-pillar and lay down to side with electrical lines connected
8	Press insulating mat (8) to side until cap (9) is accessible
9	Remove cap (9)	Before installing cap (9): ↓ Install front door and adjust	AR72.10-P-0500LF
10	Unscrew nuts (10) and remove bottom A-pillar hinge leaf (1.1)	Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01X
11	Unscrew bolts (11) and remove bottom door hinge leaf (1.2)	Bolt, hinge to doors	*BA72.10-P-1001-01X
12	Remove dashboard		AR68.10-P-1000LC
13	Mark installation position of upper A-pillar door hinge leaf (2.1) and upper door hinge leaf (2.2)
14	Remove cover (7)	Before installing cover () ↓ Install front door and adjust	AR72.10-P-0500LF
15	Unscrew nuts and remove upper A-pillar hinge leaf (2.1)	Helper required to hold upper A-pillar hinge leaf (2.1). Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01X
16	Unscrew bolts (21) and remove top door hinge leaf (2.2)	Bolt, hinge to doors	*BA72.10-P-1001-01X
17	Install in the reverse order
