| 1 | Remove headliner | AR68.30-P-4300LCA | |
| 2 | Place soft top in soft top compartment | Otherwise the hinges and the soft top compartment lid can be damaged. |

| 3 | Remove front roof frame seal (15) | ||
| 4 | Remove front sealing retaining profile (22) | *BA77.33-P-1013-02A | |
| 5 | Remove rivets (25) from roof frame | ||
| 6 | Remove sealing retaining strip (16) | *BA77.33-P-1015-02A | |
| 7 | Close soft top, do not lock | The pressure in the hydraulic system relieves automatically after approx. 5 minutes. This can cause the entire soft top to fold together unexpectedly. |

| 8 | Remove C-pillar seal (20) | ||
| 9 | Remove rear sealing retaining profile (23) for C-pillar seal (20) | *BA77.33-P-1013-02A | |
| 10 | Open soft top half way and fix in place | The pressure in the hydraulic system relieves automatically after approx. 5 minutes. This can cause the entire soft top to fold together unexpectedly. |

| 11 | Remove rivets (27, 28) from soft top canvas on C-pillar | Then open soft top have way and install lower rivets (28). |

| 12 | Close soft top and position soft top bow upright | The pressure in the hydraulic system relieves automatically after approx. 5 minutes. This can cause the entire soft top to fold together unexpectedly. |

| 13 | Disconnect electrical connector on rear window heater | ||
| 14 | Remove rear window retaining frame (31) from soft top | *BA77.33-P-1014-02A | |
| 15 | Remove soft top canvas mounting strips (30) from soft top bow | ||
| 16 | Remove soft top canvas tension cables (24) from retaining bracket (29) | If necessary. |

| 17 | Lower soft top bow and lift front roof frame | ||
| 18 | Unhook soft top canvas (17) at front | ||
| 19 | Remove adhesive strips above mounting points in header bow and unhook cables ends below from soft top canvas tension cables (24) | ||
| 20 | Pull tension cables out soft top canvas | ||
| 21 | Unhook let wiring harness (18) along soft top canvas | ||
| 22 | Unhook rear lamp wiring harness (19) from soft top canvas | ||
| 23 | Loosen soft top canvas from soft top bow (21) | ||
| 24 | Remove soft top canvas | ||
| 25 | Install in the reverse order |
