- Cut back adhesive material residues (1) on the body flange to a residual height of max. 1 mm with a scraper.
- Remove glue residues (1) cut from body flange.
- Check body grommets (2) in the area of the front roof frame for damage.
If there is a problem,

Replace respective body grommet (2).
↓
repair paint damage on body flange
- Check body flange for paint damage.
If there is a problem,
- Apply primer in the respective adhesive area.
Only if adhesive material residues (1) in the adhesive area are missing
