Install Holder For DAB Tuner - AZ82.60-P-0031-02LCA

Model 217.4 

1. Use tape to mask off area for mounting holder for DAB tuner on upper side trunk lining (46).
2. Mark bore (arrow A).

   Dimensions: 

   1. 65 mm
   2. 90 mm

3. Place Velcro strip (43) on previously-marked bore (arrow A), then align and mark remaining bores to match Velcro strip (43).

   Align Velcro strip (43) parallel to the reference edge (arrow B) on upper side trunk lining (46).

4. Remove Velcro strip (43).
5. Drill marked bores with 6 mm Ø.

6. Attach Velcro strip (43) with expansion rivet (44) onto upper side trunk lining (46).

   Use expansion rivet (44) with a Ø of 6 mm. The expansion rivets (44) are included in the scope of supply. The hooks of the Velcro strip (43) must be at the top.

7. Use tape to mask off area for DAB tuner cable duct on the side trunk lining (47).
8. Mark cable ducts for DAB tuner.

   Dimensions: 

   1. c = 15 mm
   2. d = 13 mm
   3. e = 25 mm
   4. f = 20 mm
   5. g = 40 mm
   6. h = 160 mm
   7. i = 60 mm
9. Drill center point of markings with 6 mm Ø.

10. Cut previously made bore (arrow C) at four points (dashed lines) on both markings.
