Prepare Headlamp Aimer Alignment - AP82.10-P-8260-09HA

1. Park the vehicle on a horizontal, level surface.

   Maximum permissible height difference of surface for:

   Vehicle: ± 1 mm/m,

   Headlamp aimer: ± 0.5 mm/m.

2. Place the block (3) in front of the right front wheel (2) and make a marking (arrow) on the floor in front of the block (3) in the direction of travel.
3. Place the block (3) in front of the left front wheel (2) and make a marking (arrow) on the floor in front of the block (3) in the direction of travel.
4. Stretch a cord (4) along the right and left markings (arrows) and fix it on the floor at both ends using suitable aids.

   The cord (4) must be long enough so it stretches out beyond the sides of the vehicle on both sides.

5. Push vehicle back on the track.
6. Align headlamp aimer using the equipment provided for this purpose (mirror) at the cord (4).

   After sliding the headlamp aimer from one headlamp to the other, parallelism to the cord (4) must be checked again, even with headlamp aimers on guide rails.
