| 3 | Remove clamp nuts (3). | If armrest (2) is fastened with clamp nuts (3). | |
| 4 | Unscrew screw/bolts (4). | If armrest (2) is fastened with screws (4). | |
| 5 | Remove clamp nut (5). | If armrest (2) on driver's side is fastened with the clamp nut (5). | |
| 6 | Unscrew screw/bolt (6). | ||
| Install | |||
| 7 | Make cutout (a) in door lining (1). | If armrest (2) was fastened with plastic spot welds. | |
| 8 | Position two washers (11) on each of the mounting domes (7) and cut mounting domes (7) on the basis of the datum line (b). | Only when replacing the armrest (2). |

| 9 | Position armrest (2) on door lining (1). | ||
| 10 | Tighten screws (4) with two washers (11) each. | ||
| 11 | Tighten bolt (6). | ||
| 12 | Tighten screw (10) through the cutout (a). | ||
| 13 | Attach clamp nuts (3) to mounting domes (8). | Only when replacing the armrest (2). | |
| 14 | Attach clamp nut (3) to mounting dome (9). | Only when replacing the armrest (2) on the driver's side. | |
| 15 | Position two washers (11) on each of the mounting domes (8) and cut mounting domes (8) on the basis of the datum line (c). | Only when replacing the armrest (2). |

| 16 | Position two washers (11) on the mounting dome (9) and cut mounting dome (9) on the basis of the datum line (c). | Only when replacing the armrest (2) on the driver's side. | |
