	Remove/install
1	Remove rear panel trim from trunk.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
2	Remove electrical fuse 5, special-purpose vehicles (F80/1f5) and electrical fuse 7, special-purpose vehicles (F80/1f7) from special-purpose vehicle fuse block (F80).	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Special-purpose vehicle fuse block (F80) is located in top right of trunk behind rear panel trim.
		This prevents the fire-extinguishing system from being triggered by mistake.
3	Raise vehicle.		AR00.60-P-1006A
4	Remove cover (6) of nozzle holders (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) and remove screws (5) of nozzle holders (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4).	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
5	Secure center armor plate (1.3) against falling down and remove screws (3.3).

		Aid of helper required.
		Screw, Floor to body	*BA61.10-P-1011-01P
6	Carefully lower center armor plate (1.3) until center nozzle holders (2.3) are accessible.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Ensure that center nozzle holders (2.3) are not stuck on the center armor plate (1.3). Otherwise, the extinguishing agent lines (9) will be kinked when the center armor plate (1.3) is lowered.
7	Secure center nozzle holders (2.3) in place using cable ties at suitable points to stop them slipping down.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
8	Remove center armor plate (1.3) with aid of a helper.
9	Remove screws (4), remove left rear axle fire-extinguishing system temperature sensor with bracket and fix in place with a cable tie at a suitable point.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
10	Secure rear armor plate (1.4) against falling down and remove screws (3.4).

		Aid of helper required.
		Screw, Floor to body	*BA61.10-P-1011-01P
11	Carefully lower rear armor plate (1.4) until rear nozzle holders (2.4) are accessible.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Ensure that the rear nozzle holders (2.4) are not stuck on the rear armor plate (1.4). Otherwise, the extinguishing agent lines (9) will be kinked when the rear armor plate (1.4) is lowered.
12	Secure rear nozzle holders (2.4) in place using cable ties at suitable points to stop them slipping down.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
13	Remove rear armor plate (1.4) with aid of a helper.
14	Remove right fender liner rear section from front right armor plate (1.1).
15	Remove screws (3.1) and remove front right armor plate (1.1) with aid of a helper.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system) Ensure that the front right nozzle holders (2.1) are not stuck on the front right armor plate (1.1). Otherwise, the extinguishing agent line (9) will be kinked when the front right armor plate (1.1) is lowered.

		Secure front right nozzle holder (2.1) in place using cable ties at suitable points to stop it slipping down.
		Aid of helper required.
		Screw, Floor to body	*BA61.10-P-1011-01P
16	Remove left fender liner rear section from front left armor plate (1.2).
17	Remove screws (3.2) and remove front left armor plate (1.2) with aid of a helper.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system) Ensure that the front left nozzle holders (2.2) are not stuck on the front left armor plate (1.2). Otherwise, the extinguishing agent line (9) will be kinked when the front left armor plate (1.2) is lowered.

		Secure front left nozzle holder (2.2) in place using cable ties at suitable points to stop it slipping down.
		Aid of helper required.

18	Remove right and left fender liner rear section.		AR88.10-P-1301S
19	Remove screws (8) and remove right and left top front armor plate (7).	Aid of helper required.
		Screw, Front upper floor to body	*BA61.10-P-1013-01P
20	Install in the reverse order.
