2	Remove brake caliper with brakepads and secure at vehicle free of tension with connected lines. 3	Unscrew safety screw (1) and remove brake disk (2).
	Check
4.1	Check condition of brake disk (2) and check for wear.	Model 223 except code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system)
		If there is a problem, ↓ Replace brake disks (2).	AP42.10-P-4256A
4.2	Check condition of brake disk (2) and check for wear.	Model 223 with code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system)
		If there is a problem, ↓ replace corresponding brake disk (2).	AR42.10-P-0270RG
	Install
5	Clean contact surface (3) and interference fit (4).	Do not use sharp-edged or pointed objects. Otherwise, the contact surface (3) and interference fit (4) will be damaged.
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
6	Apply light coating of grease to interference fit (4) of brake disk (2). j	Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
7	Position brake disk (2) and screw in safety screw (1).	Replace safety screw (1).
		Bolt, front axle brake disk to wheel hub	*BA42.10-P-1001-06I
8	Install brake caliper.	Model 223 with code B06 (Silver brake calipers) except code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) except code U70 (red-painted brake callipers) Model 223 with code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) except code B06 (Silver brake calipers) except code U70 (red-painted brake callipers) Model 223 with code U70 (red-painted brake callipers) except code B06 (Silver brake calipers) except code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system)	AR42.10-P-0070SA
		Model 223 except code B06 (Silver brake calipers) except code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) except code U70 (red-painted brake callipers) Do not stretch, crush or kink the brake hoses and brake lines. This leads to damage to the brake hoses and brake lines, and it can impair their function. The brake line pieces (99) of the brake hoses must not be bent. Replace the affected brake hoses with damaged brake line pieces (99) immediately. If brake line piece (99) is damaged, ↓ replace affected brake hose.	AR42.10-P-0070S
