| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Move rear axle brakepads into assembly position. | Do not operate the service brake while "Move to assembly position" is shown. Otherwise, the spindle in the brake caliper will be damaged. |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Remove corresponding rear wheel. | AR40.10-P-1102A | |
| 4 | Unhook electric line (1) from right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | When removing right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | |
| 5 | Remove brake hose from holder (3). | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connector from left electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/1) or right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | ||
| 7 | Unscrew screws (2) and remove left electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/1) or right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2) with holder (3). | ||

| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 9 | Perform brake test on test stand. | ||
