Only use the adhesive kit indicated in the XENTRY Portal parts information. 

Otherwise, adhesion problems will occur. 

Install front fixed element (1) as quickly as possible after applying adhesive on body.

Adhesion problems of front fixed element (1) and body flange can otherwise occur.

1. Close panoramic sliding sunroof.
2. Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).
3. Place front fixed element (1) on panoramic sliding sunroof frame.

   Aid of helper required.

   Observe installation position of windshield seal (arrows).

4. Align front fixed element (1) according to tape strips.

   Do not move the vehicle for at least 10 h after gluing in the front fixed element (1).

5. Put loads on front stationary element (1) during curing time of adhesive.

   Use flat weights, e. g. sandbags.

   Otherwise the front stationary element (1) can be damaged.

   The strength of the adhesively bonded connection is otherwise impaired and the required adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
