	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
	Notes on wiper arm adjustment		AH82.30-P-0001-01A
	Remove
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).
2	Move windshield wiper system into reversing position.	Do not move the windshield wiper system beyond the reversing position.
3	Remove wiper blades.	When working on the driver-side wiper arm (2) or passenger-side wiper arm (1), make sure that it does not drop onto the windshield. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage to the windshield.
	Clean
4	Clean wiper blade mounts on driver-side wiper arm (2) and passenger-side wiper arm (1) using a clean cloth.
	Check
5	Check angle of incidence of driver-side wiper arm (2) and passenger-side wiper arm (1) relative to windshield.	At the change from reversing position to park position, ensure that the driver-side wiper arm (2) and the passenger-side wiper arm (1) do not make direct contact with the windshield. 6	Adjust angle of incidence of driver-side wiper arm (2) or passenger-side wiper arm (1) in parked position.	If check values deviate from tolerance range in reversing position or in parked and reversing position. 7	Install wiper blades.
