1	Remove both A-pillar trims.

3	Fold front floor covering on right side of A-pillar inward.

8	Remove C-pillar trim at left.

9	Remove overhead control panel control unit.

	Install
10	Retrofit mount for rear dashcam (2).	When pressing on, ensure that the pressure is applied directly on the adhesive point. The maximum adhesive strength is only reached after approx. 72 h at 20°C. During the first hour avoid the application of any mechanical load. Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.	AZ54.71-P-0003-00LWE

11	Remove inner and outer cover of rain and light sensor with additional functions.

12	Remove both sun visors.

13	Remove additional brake lamp.

14	Remove front and rear edge guard on both sides in area of roof lining.
15	Release front and rear roof lining on driver's and front passenger side.
	Install
16	Retrofit wiring harness for dashcam.	Model 223.0/1	AZ54.71-P-0003-01SV

		Adhesive tape roll, non-woven Tesa tape, 50 meters, 50 mm wide	*BR00.45-Z-1144-02A
17	Latch dashcam at rear (2) into dashcam mount opposite direction of arrow on eject button.	Mount dashcam at rear (2) at the earliest one hour after gluing on the dashcam mount. Otherwise, the dashcam mount may work its way loose.
18	Install remaining parts.

	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
20	Attach "Mercedes-Benz dashcam retrofitted at front and rear as per AZ54.71-P-0003SV note" under field organization texts to DG 54, DG 67 and DG 68.
