REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove additional battery. Model 223 with engine 279
with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection
version)
with code Z61 (Auxiliary battery for emergency start)
except code 200 (Conditionally automated driving)
except code 503 (Remote-controlled parking) except code ME10 (Hybrid vehicle (plug-in, PHEV))
AR54.10-P-0007SG 
2 Release cover cap (1) and remove.    
3 Remove electric lines (2) from emergency engine start relay (K53/12). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut electrical line to emergency engine start relay *BA54.10-P-1014-01N 
4 Remove nuts (3) and pull out screws (4).    
5 Remove and take out emergency engine start relay (K53/12) from holder (5).    
6 Install in the reverse order.
