	Risk of fire  /risk of explosion due to short circuit and escaping oxyhydrogen gas. Risk of (burn) injury caused by caustic burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes from battery electrolyte/mist, short circuit and arcing. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing battery electrolyte or absorption of lead through the skin or body orifices. Risk of death  due to voltage U >= 30 V AC and U >= 60 V DC.	No fires, sparks, open flames, or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing, and glasses. Pour battery acid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Disconnect ground line of secondary 12 V on-board electrical system auxiliary battery (G1/21).		AR54.10-P-0052S
2	Remove secondary 12 V on-board electrical system DC/DC converter control unit.		AR54.21-P-1604S
3	Remove fuse box of secondary 12 V on-board electrical system.		AR54.15-P-0009S
4	Remove cover (5) and positive line (6).	Model 223 with code 200 (Conditionally automated driving) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) Nut, charging cable to negative terminal/positive terminal of emergency start battery	*BA54.10-P-1009-01N
5	Remove nuts (4) and remove holder (2).	Model 223 with code 200 (Conditionally automated driving) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) Nut holder battery secondary on-board power system on battery frame	*BA54.10-P-1010-01N
6	Remove vent hose (3) and release from holder (2).
7	Remove secondary 12 V on-board electrical system auxiliary battery (G1/21).
8	Install in the reverse order.
