- Mark fill level of thermal compound on double cartridge (1).
- Break off latch (2) and open double cartridge (1) by doing so.
Note maximum of 1 h processing time.
- Screw mixing spout (3) onto double cartridge (1).
- Insert double cartridge (1) into a commercially available 50 ml double-cartridge gun and completely fill mixing spout (3) with thermal compound.
- Apply 40 % of cartridge contents, approx. 6.1 ml, centrally to area (A) of 48 V battery (G1/3), in the form of a continuous bead, as shown.
Dimensions:
C = 154 mm
D = 211 mm
F = 12 mm
- Apply 50 % of remaining cartridge contents, approx. 4.6 ml, centrally to area (B) of 48 V battery (G1/3), in the form of a continuous bead, as shown.
Dimensions:
E = 146 mm
G = 63 mm
H = 85 mm
Approx. 4.3 ml of thermal compound is left in the mixing nozzle.
