	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).
2.1	Remove touchpad trim (3) with touchpad.	Model 447.8, model 448.8 with code E1T (Touchpad)	AR54.21-S-0503EH
2.2	Remove trim (4).	MODEL 447.6/7, MODEL 448.7 To do so, remove retaining clips and pull trim (4) out until electrical connector (5) is accessible. Check retaining clips for damage.
		Long wedge If damage is present, ↓ Replace damaged retaining clips.	Fig 1
3	Remove trim (4).	MODEL 447.6/7, MODEL 448.7 To do so, release and disconnect electrical connector (5).
4	Remove air conditioning control panel (1).	To do this, remove screws (2).
5	Remove air conditioning control panel (1).	Model 447.8, model 448.8 with code E1T (Touchpad) To do so, unclip air conditioning control panel (1) from touchpad trim (3). MODEL 447.6/7, MODEL 448.7 To do so, unclip air conditioning control panel (1) from trim (4). Make sure that the air conditioning control panel (1) is seated correctly.
6	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
7	Perform function test of air conditioning control panel (1).
