Remove/Install Engine Mount - AR22.10-S-1100EG

Model 447, 448 with engine 274

DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove air filter housing   AR09.10-S-1150EG
2 Remove screw/bolts (2) TORQUE SPECIFICATION M6 *BA00.10-Z-1002-01KOA 
3 Remove heat shield (3)    
4 Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler Only if right engine mount (1) is removed. AR09.41-S-8621EG
5 Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler   AR09.41-S-8625EG
6 Remove screws (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, front engine mount to engine support *BA22.10-Z-1003-01KEE 
7 Install engine hoist and raise engine IMPORTANT Raise engine until the engine support no longer lies on the engine mount (1). AR33.10-S-0100-01E
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION M8 *BA00.10-Z-1003-01KOA 
    SPECIAL TOOL Support braces Fig 2
    SPECIAL TOOL Engine lifting device Fig 3
8 Remove screws (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, engine mount at front to integral carrier *BA22.10-Z-1009-01KEE 
9 Remove engine mount (1)    
10 Install in the reverse order    
HEADLESS SCREWS/BOLTS: SCREWS/BOLTS AND NUTS, COARSE-PITCH THREAD
