- Route vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) as shown via left D-pillar, inside rear of roof frame to right D-pillar.
Do not kink the vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) and ensure it is routed without chafing.
This prevents damage.
- Fasten vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) in sections using cable ties to factory-installed electrical wiring harness.
- Remove left ventilation scoop (10) using
long wedge.
- Unscrew nut on left D-pillar ground point (W29/8).
- Route ground line (4) from vehicle interior through cable opening in left D-pillar to outside.
Do not kink the ground line (4) and ensure it is routed without chafing.
This prevents damage.
- Connect ground line (4) to left D-pillar ground point (W29/8).
- Fasten ground line (4) to left D-pillar ground point links (W29/8) with nut
.
- Install left ventilation scoop (10).
- Connect power supply electrical line (2) of vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) to power supply electrical line (9) of rear-end door electrical wiring harness.
This creates the left rear-end door electrical connection 1 (X8/60).
- Connect camera electrical line (3) of vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) to camera electrical line (8) of rear-end door electrical wiring harness.
This creates the left rear-end door electrical connection 3 (X8/62).

- Route vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) as shown along right roof paneling, under front headliner (14) to passenger-side footwell.
Do not kink the vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) and ensure it is routed without chafing.
This prevents damage.
Make sure that the vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) does not touch the front headliner (14). This will prevent interference.
To do this, pass the vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) through the opening in the partition wall (13) at the top.
- Fasten vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) in sections using cable ties to factory-installed electrical wiring harness.
- Install CAN G electrical line (5) in front end CAN (CAN G) potential distributor electrical connector (X304).
- Install fuse and relay module electrical line (7) in firewall fuse and relay module (K40/11).
- Route radio electrical line (6) of vehicle interior electrical wiring harness (1) as shown to radio (Audio) (N87/2).
Do not kink the radio electrical line (6) and ensure it is routed without chafing.
This prevents damage.
- Fasten radio electrical line (6) in sections using cable ties to factory-installed electrical wiring harness.
- Connect radio electrical line (6) to radio (Audio) (N87/2).
