Retrofit Antenna Line For Satellite Radio Antenna - AZ82.60-S-0006-04E

  1. Route antenna line (4) as shown, from satellite radio antenna (2), via front roof lining, up to installation location of Communication and Navigation System (CNS) head unit.

    NOTES Do not kink the antenna line (4) and ensure it is routed without chafing.

    This will prevent damage occurring.

  2. Fasten antenna line (4) section-by-section to existing electrical wiring harness using cable ties.

    NOTES

    Model 447.6/7 with code SH9 (Window airbag for driver and front passenger)

    If necessary,

    ↓

    Strap down excess length of antenna line (4) using cable ties.

  3. Connect antenna plug (5) of antenna line (4) to satellite radio antenna (2).

    IMPORTANT The antenna bushing (6) of the antenna line (4) is not connected until the CNS head unit is installed.

    Do not route or fasten the antenna line (4) in operating and deployment radius of the window airbag. The tensioning straps of the window airbag must under no circumstances be wrapped.

    Otherwise, the functionality of the window airbag may be impaired.
