Notice	General information on vehicles with high-voltage on-board electrical system and/or lithium-ion battery and/or gaseous-fuel drive system as well as personal protective equipment	Model 447 with engine 780	AH00.00-Z-0300-01A
	Check
1	Park the vehicle on a horizontal, level surface, with steering in straight-ahead position.	Maximum permissible height difference of surface for: Vehicle: ± 1 mm/m, Headlamp adjuster (01): ± 0.5 mm/m.
2	Unload vehicle.	Model 447 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus) except code LG2 (LED Intelligent Light System) Model 448.7 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus) If necessary.
3	Correct tire pressure at all wheel and tire assemblies.
4	Load driver's seat with 75 kg.	Model 447 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus) except code LG2 (LED Intelligent Light System) Model 448.7 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus)
5	Adjust the specified headlamp inclination on the scale of the headlamp aimer (01). Notes on determining headlamp aiming values		AH82.10-P-1005-01A
	000 588 11 21 00 Adjustment device	The specifications of the headlamp aimer manufacturer must be adhered to accordingly.	WS82.00-P-0151B
6	Align headlamp adjuster (01) approx. 10 to a maximum of 30 cm in front of front lamp unit, parallel to the front of the vehicle at low beam height.	The headlamp aimer (01) must be aligned parallel to the vehicle. Otherwise the test will be faulty. Country-specific regulations and specifications in the operator's manual of the headlamp aimer manufacturer must be observed. The high beam cannot be separately adjusted.
7	Switch on low beams.
8	Set headlamp range control to zero position.	Model 447 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus) except code LG2 (LED Intelligent Light System) Model 448.7 except code L45 (Multibeam LED with high beam assist plus) If necessary.
9	Check height adjustment of low beam.	The light-dark boundary (1) of the light must be congruent with the datum line (2) in the headlamp aimer (01). The colored area of the light-dark boundary (1) of the low beam must be above the datum line (2) as shown.
10	Check lateral low beam setting.	The light/dark boundary (1) of the light must be congruent with the datum line (4) in the headlamp adjuster (01). The colored area of the light-dark boundary (1) must be above the datum line (4) as shown.
	Adjust
11	Adjust height adjustment of low beam by turning setting screw (6).	The headlamp aimer (01) must be aligned parallel to the vehicle. Otherwise the alignment will be faulty. The light-dark boundary (1) of the light must be congruent with the datum line (2) in the headlamp aimer (01). The colored area of the light-dark boundary (1) of the low beam must be above the datum line (2) as shown.
12	Adjust low beam laterally by turning adjustment screw (5).	The headlamp aimer (01) must be aligned parallel to the vehicle. Otherwise the alignment will be faulty. The light/dark boundary (1) of the light must be congruent with the datum line (4) in the headlamp adjuster (01). The colored area of the light-dark boundary (1) must be above the datum line (4) as shown.
13	Switch off low beams.
