Model All (Light transporter) 

General 

The rear display (left or right) has the following functions:

• Displaying video images, graphical displays and control menus
• Receiving and implementing control signals via finger navigation
• Sending audio signals to radio frequency headphones via a wireless interface
• Providing connections for the following audio/video sources and headphones:
  • USB (Universal Serial Bus) port
  • Headphone connection for cabled headphones
  • HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connection
• Reception of operation signals from the tablet PC or from a smartphone with corresponding Mercedes-Benz app (depending on equipment)
• Communication with head unit

Function requirements 

• Circuit 30t ON

Location 

The rear display (left or right) is fastened to the rear side of the respective front seat with a holder.

Structure 

• Touch-sensitive display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080
• Connections:
  • Headphone connection for cabled headphones or headsets
  • USB connection
  • HDMI connection
• CAN interface (for safeguarding subnetwork operation)
• Wireless interface (for transferring audio signals to radio frequency headphones)
• Holder which allows for manual adjustment of the incline angle (in the vertical).
• Camera above display
• Microphone
• WLAN interface

The left and right rear displays are identical.
