Side Wall Paneling Bottom Part At The Rear Installation - Ar63.10-S-5665-03E

1. Install rear side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill rivet holes in rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) with Ø 6.5 mm (area A).
3. Remove rear side wall paneling bottom section (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
6. Install rear side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place.
7. Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (areas B up to E).
8. Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (area F).
9. Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (area G).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between. Reduces heat distortion.

10. Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) Ø 6.4x14 blind rivet (area A).
11. Clean weld joints.
12. Remove shavings and drill chips.
