Left Side Wall Paneling Prepare For Installation - Ar63.10-S-0100-03E

without CODE T19 (Sliding door left) 

without CODE W16 (Window front left, fixed, in sidewall/sliding door) 

without CODE W29 (Window fixed behind)

1. Mark separating point on side wall paneling (1) and cut (area A).
2. Punch holes for MAG welding on side wall paneling (1) (area B).
3. Grind mating surface on side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal around holes (area B).
4. Remove shavings and drill chips.
5. Punch holes for MAG welding on side wall paneling (1) (area C).
6. Grind mating surfaces on side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (area C).

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

7. Remove shavings and drill chips.
8. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

9. Punch holes for MAG welding on side wall paneling (1) (area D).
10. Grind down mating surfaces to bare metal on sidewall paneling (1) in crosshatched areas and around the holes (areas D).

    Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

11. Remove shavings and drill chips.
12. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
13. Grind mating surfaces on bottom section of rear side wall paneling (2) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (area E).

    Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

14. Remove shavings and drill chips.
15. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
