1. Mark separating point on sidewall paneling (1) (area A).
2. Cut separating point on sidewall paneling (1) (area A).

   Do not cut too deeply.

   Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

3. Expose spot welds on sidewall paneling (1) (areas B to D).
4. Cut out spot welds on sidewall paneling (1) (areas B to D).
5. Expose spot weld (area E).
6. Drill out spot weld (area E).

7. Expose spot welds on the sidewall paneling (1) (areas F to H).
8. Cut out spot welds on the sidewall paneling (1) (areas F to H).

   Cut out spot welds (arrows) through two panel thicknesses.

9. Expose laser weld seams on the sidewall paneling (1) (areas I and J).
10. Cut laser weld seams on the sidewall paneling (1) (areas I and J).

11. Expose spot welds on the rear sidewall paneling lower part (2) (areas K to N).
12. Cut out spot welds on the rear sidewall paneling lower part (2) (areas K to N).
13. Expose MAG spot welds on the rear sidewall paneling lower part (2) (area O).
14. Cut out MAG spot welds on the rear sidewall paneling lower part (2) (area O).
15. Cut shielding gas welds on the rear sidewall paneling lower part (2) (area P).
16. Heat sidewall paneling (1) in cross-hatched areas.

    Cross-hatched areas are bonded with adhesive.

17. Remove damaged side wall paneling (1).

18. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around hole (area Q).

    Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

19. Remove shavings and drill chips.
20. Apply zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
