Weld Bottom Locking Lug On The D-Pillar - Ar64.30-S-0900-03E

1. Install bottom locking lug on D-pillar (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Bottom locking lug on D-pillar (1) (areas A to D).
3. Bottom locking lug on D-pillar (1) (area E).
4. Grind inert gas spot welds down flat.
5. Clean weld joints.
6. Remove shavings and drill chips.
7. Coat welding areas no longer accessible after installing bottom corner pillar reinforcement, end crossmember outer section and rear side wall paneling bottom section and coat with zinc dust paint.
