Commercial vehicle roller brake test stand for checking brake forces at wheels.

Minimum requirements: 

International technical standard equipment for commercial vehicle brake test stand: 

• Roller set greater than or equal to Ø 250 mm with rideover load of at least 16 t
• Roller set with usable test width of 800 to 3, 000 mm
• Test speeds greater than or equal to 2 km/h
• Engine power: at least 2x11 kW
• Protective circuit for reduction of startup current
• Roller set with roller camber of approx. 50 mm on rear roller
• Galvanized roller set
• Plastic-coated roller surface with tire-to-road friction coefficient for tire/roller when dry 0.7/wet 0.5
• Individual wheel circuit
• PC with printer for printing out test log
• Weighing machine in roller set
• Remote control for initial startup and control of brake test stand
• Switchover mode from manual to automatic mode
• Automatic on/off circuit and automatic restart
• Standardized data interface for data transfer (e.g. USB, LAN etc.)
• Pressure transducer for transfer of measured pressures in compressed air system
• Lockable main switch
• Simultaneous display
• Pit safety device for pit installation

Option: 

• Automatic roller brake for testing automatic vehicles
