	Remove
1	Remove brake shoes of parking brake.	Model 447 with engine 254, 274, 651, 654, model 448	AR42.20-S-0530E
2	Remove screws (2).
3	Remove brake carrier plate (1).	To do so, separate brake carrier plate (1) centrally at connecting points (A) and remove sections of brake carrier plate (1).
	Clean
4	Remove metal shavings in working area.
	Install
5	Separate new brake carrier plate (1) at separating points (A).	If brake carrier plate (1) is replaced.
6	Apply primer to separating points (A) of sections of brake carrier plate (1).

7	Install brake carrier plate (1).	To do so, attach sections of brake carrier plate (1), screw in screws (2) and tighten slightly by hand. When doing so, align sections of brake carrier plate (1) correctly relative to each other and with the wheel carrier.
