Remove/Install Sliding Door Outer Door Handle - AR72.16-S-2220E

	Remove/install
1.1	Remove fuse 74 on left electric sliding door	Model 447.7/8, 448.8 with code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left) If door handle (4) is being removed on left electric sliding door.
	Assignment of right footwell firewall fuse and relay module		GF54.15-S-1256-39TRA
1.2	Remove fuse 311 on right electric sliding door	Model 447.7/8, 448 with code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right) If door handle (4) is being removed on right electric sliding door.
	Assignment of fuse and relay module, right A-pillar		GF54.15-S-1256-38TRA
2	Remove grommet (1)
3	Remove door handle (4) in direction of arrow (arrow A) and release adjustment screw (2) by approx. 4 to 5 revolutions	When loosening the adjustment screw (2), the locking rod (7) is moved in direction of arrow (arrow D) and the eccentric bolt (8) is turned approx. 25° in direction of arrow (arrow E). This releases the door lock cylinder (3) allowing it to be removed. Tighten adjustment screw (2) until a perceptible resistance on the tool can be felt.
4	Remove door lock cylinder (3)
5	Pull door handle (4) toward rear out of outer door handle bracket (6) in direction of arrow (arrow B) and remove in direction of arrow (arrow C)
6	Remove seal (5)	Check seal (5) for damage. If seal (5) is damaged. ↓ Install new seal (5).
7	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
8	Perform function check of door handle (4)
